Meditation has been and still is an important part of my own spiritual journey. In fact its part of my own daily self care / self love practises.
As a Sagittarius, life is always busy so allowing my self 15 -20 minutes a day really does help me to connect into my higher self and be still.
There are days when I may opt for a simple breath meditation and other days when I wish to focus on positivity or connecting with the new moon energies.
I first chose to study Meditation back in 2015 when I decided that I wanted to understand meditation on a deeper level, so I chose to study for a Meditation Diploma.
On completion of my Diploma I started to run Weekly Meditation Classes from my home which I loved to do.
Typical Saggie though and also being a Life Path 22 in Numerology I wanted to offer more, to a wider audience, so fast forward to January 2021; I decided to create a Podcast around Meditation practises because I have seen the benefits of practising meditation within my life and within the lives of my clients.
